- Eligibility for Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their registration up to 72 hours prior to the start date of the event for which they are registered.
- Non-Refundable Content: Access to our on-demand content library is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Delivery Policy


- Virtual Event Access: As NoodleU specializes in virtual conferences, we do not ship physical goods. Instead, registrants will receive access to the virtual event.
- Access Timeline: This access will be granted starting 72 hours before the event they have registered for, allowing ample time for participants to prepare and familiarize themselves with the virtual environment.

 

Return Policy


- Virtual Event Nature: Given the virtual nature of our events and the typical singular event schedule, we do not offer a return policy. Once access to the event has been granted, it is considered final.

 

Cancellation Policy


- Cancellation of Registration: Attendees have the flexibility to cancel their registration for any event up to 72 hours before the event's start time.
